To Our Loyal Patients:

We would like to send a quick notice out about a few different things...

1. We have an opening in our schedule for this coming Tuesday, December 14th, at 1pm. If you are in need of treatment and would like this appointment time- please call our office 815-464-6900 or reply to this email. First come first serve!
2. We would like to make everyone aware that some of our whitening prices will go up after the 1st of the year. If you would like to take advantage of our $200 in office whitening- please contact us ASAP so that we can have you scheduled before the end of the year.
3. Lastly, just a reminder that if you are in need of dental treatment and would like to take advantage of any remaining dental insurance benefits- please call our office very soon. Most dental insurance plans do not allow benefits to roll over into the next calendar year. Due to the holidays- our hours are limited at the end of this month so plan ahead!
